The DSW-Hort is an afternoon day-care-center which should not be seen as a private lesson institution or remedial center. We help learners with their homework and ensure all work is completed.
While our committed teachers supervise homework, parental assistance remains essential for school projects and tracking your child's progress, especially for internet-based assignments.

Please note:
We provide assistance with German homework as we have German-speaking teachers available.
On Fridays, we can give individual attention to learners struggling with specific subjects.
What parents should know about our daycare
The Hort is not equipped to handle learning difficulties or psychological concerns - these require specialized attention.
DSW-Hort does not transport pupils to activities. We only supervise school extra-murals.
The school cannot be held responsible for personal or third party damage. Parents should sign the Letter of Consent.
Our primary focus is homework completion and supervision, not remedial teaching.
